Shipping policy

We ship ALMA VENN orders to Canada and the United States. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guarantees.

Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. High-demand or partner-fulfilled items may require additional processing time. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages because products can ship from different fulfillment locations.

Canada

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–9 business days after fulfillment.
  • Express shipping: typically 1–2 business days after fulfillment where available.
  • Free standard shipping: available on qualifying orders of CAD $100 or more.

United States

  • Standard shipping: typically 4–8 business days after fulfillment.
  • Express shipping: typically 2–3 business days after fulfillment where available.
  • Free standard shipping: available on qualifying orders of CAD $100 or more, or the equivalent displayed at checkout.

Available services and exact charges are calculated at checkout based on the products, destination, package weight, and fulfillment location.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email it after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address changes

Contact support@almavenn.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Cross-border duties and taxes

Unless checkout states otherwise, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country or carrier.

Delays, loss, or damage

Carriers may experience weather, customs, or network delays outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, a package is marked delivered but is missing, or an item arrives damaged, email support@almavenn.com with your order number. Please report visible damage within 7 days of delivery so we can help with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
